Hub Insertion System
Long Tapered Funnels - The rubber is forced inward, not upwards. Rubber being pinched off is eliminated, and there is no need to cheat and cut rubber off the hubs.
Hold down/Centering - The funnels mount in a plate which locks them down and keeps them centered with the ram's center. The use simply centers the prop to the funnel, and everything is aligned for a perfect insertion.
Air Over Hydraulic Power - The air powered foot controlled pump is much faster and easier than hand pumping.
10 ton Ram with 14" Stroke - A good friend of mine lost all his front teeth stacking things in a press which did not have enough stroke to insert the hub in one push. 14 inches of stroke will take care of any hub made today.
18 Standard Funnel - Each system includes 18 different funnels covering all of today's props and many more.
